USN Challenge

15 Oct

Ok brace yourself.

Are you ready? Are you sitting down?

Well I did warn you.

Many of you are not going to believe me when I say this but I will say it anyway. I have started the USN 12 week challenge. For those who don’t know what it is you can check it out on : http://www.usnchallenge.co.za/. Basically it is a 12 week body for life challenge where you eat properly with reduced diet and added supplements and kak off in the gym for 12 weeks.

USN Challenge

It is not easy, to put it mildly. I will create a separate page and try keep it updated as much as possible, at least weekly.

Wish me luck. Today was day 3 and I’m hurting. I have also been warned that this is just the beginning!

I kinda remember Mark Pilgrim being the face of USN in South Africa not that long ago.
I also seem to remember he had a heart attack not that long ago.

Not to put the fear of exercise into you or anything, but just be careful what you put into your body (fnarr fnarr).

TP – Yeah you make me nervous! :-) But I think that the better foods and fitness will certainly be better off than where I am now. I am not taking all the hectic suppliments and things like Phedra-Cuts I have to avoid due to flying so really all I’m doing is taking protein, cutting down on food, and getting a shitload of exercise.
