Firstly I would like to apologise for Friday. Thanks for all the concerned comments and even more so emails. I am fine. I have gone back to the post and edited a bit. Not too much though. I did however leave Guns ‘n Roses in cos “Get In The Ring” ROCKS!!
I did manage to get away in the end and had a wonderfully relaxing weekend. I must admit I did kinda wonder how it would have looked if the camp actually had burned down and I had just incriminated myself in open forum! LOL. Just as well it was still standing when we came around the corner today at 10am (running a little late never killed anyone! I think)

Today was supposed to be a great day. A beautiful day. Let’s just pretend it was. It certainly was better than Friday. “Always look on the bright side of life”. I promised myself this morning that I wouldn’t let shit get to me anymore…. It’s a little more complicated than it seems at first. I try ok! The end is in sight I think. A few more weeks. Hopefully.
I got this lovely email in from an Albanian girl I know: It’s good to see that Albanians can find it in themselves to laugh at themselves. Shows GREAT spirit!
REASONS WHY ALBANIANS CAN’T BE TERRORISTS
- 8:45 am is too early for us to be up.
- We are always late; we would have missed all 4 flights.
- Pretty people on the plane distract us.
- We would talk loud and bring attention to ourselves.
- With buk, djath, and raki on the plane, we would forget why we’re there.
- We talk with our hands; therefore we would have to put our weapons down.
- We would all want to fly the plane.
- We would argue and start a fight in the plane.
- We can’t keep a secret, we would have told everyone a week before doing it.
- We would have put our country’s flag on the windshield!
Even if you dont understand some of these points, TRUST ME …. Its ALL TRUE!!!
