Today is the day this lowly blog hit the 10K mark (according to my one trusty little counter that is).

But it’s mine! And I’m kinda proud!
Since it’s simple conception on the 1st June 2006, (after a lot of encouragement and persuasion from the Lovely KT, the technical know-how of The Don and some great enthusiasm from his better half Samz over a lovely dinner), a few short weeks before it’s 1st birthday, it hits 10K. I know, “Big Deal”, but I’m happy! Thank you dude and dudets.

It’s gone through some changes. It’s had it’s times of laughter and fun, anger and argument, stops and starts. It went fishing for a couple of months and even got stuck in the air for a couple more. Thanks to those who kept coming back.
Here’s to the next 10 000. I will try not take another 4 month break halfway through however I cant make any promises. I see a potential sabbatical in my near future. Wishful thinking!
